Pick Up at Plant

$200.00 MINIMUM PRODUCT PURCHASE

• PHOTO ID is required with proof of residency. NO exceptions.
• You must be 18 years of age to purchase fireworks from Patriotic. Anyone under the age of 18 MUST be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
• ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED, OR RELEASED, ONLY IF ACCOMMPANIED BY A COMPLETED ORDER FORM. A signed Hold Harmless Agreement will be filled out in the office at time of pick up.
• You can either fax, (410) 287-9588, or e-mail, cs@patrioticfireworks.com your order to us. Use the completed order form
• ALL ORDERS TO BE PICKED UP AT OUR PLANT MUST BE PLACED AT LEAST 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR DESIRED PICK-UP DATE. Please use "order form" when faxing orders. You may also order at our plant. Advanced orders are not necessary, but do help speed along the process.
• We do not accept advanced orders after June 15th. All existing orders must be picked up on or before June 15th.
• A 10% re-stocking fee will be charged if your order is not picked up on the date that you designate.
• We accept cash, money orders, Visa and MasterCard - sorry, no personal checks
